Sevgi Zarıçlar founded Meltem Yachting and has led the company’s vision and growth since 2014. Guided by trust, transparency and a personal approach to service across yacht sales, charter and yacht management, she is committed to strengthening Meltem Yachting’s profile in the Turkish and European markets.

Operations & Accounting Manager

Gizem Zarıçlar coordinates Meltem Yachting’s operational and financial processes. With a structured way of working and a keen eye for detail, she keeps the company’s day-to-day business running smoothly, transparently and efficiently.

Reyhan BILIR

Head of Türkiye Yacht Management, Charter & Operations

Reyhan Bilir is responsible for Meltem Yachting’s yacht management, charter and operations in Türkiye. She oversees bespoke management services for owners, crew coordination and the planning of day-to-day operations. Working in partnership with Sole Consulting, she coordinates the professional management and charter operations of yachts based in Türkiye with a reliable, solution-focused and personal approach.

Motor Yacht Sales – Russian Market

Captain Ahmet Onur handles motor yacht sales and client relations for the Russian market at Meltem Yachting. He assesses the requirements of international clients, presents suitable yachts and coordinates the sales process with a professional, advisory approach.

Legal & Compliance Advisor

With 20 years of legal experience, Meltem Yachting’s legal counsel plays a key role in managing the company’s legal affairs, safeguarding its corporate reputation and keeping its international activities on a sound legal footing. Our legal counsel advises on contracts, commercial relationships, legal obligations and legal risk management – from yacht sales and purchases to charter agreements, yacht management, partnerships and client relations – with the commercial sensitivity the international yachting sector demands. Guided by confidentiality, trust, ethics and professional responsibility, the approach is preventive: assessing risks early and protecting the interests of the company and its clients.

Republic Proclaimed!

“Gentlemen, tomorrow we shall proclaim the republic.”

The words Mustafa Kemal Pasha spoke to his companions at Çankaya on the evening of 28 October came true this evening. At 8:30 pm the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye amended the constitution and declared the Republic as the form of government. Mustafa Kemal Pasha was elected the first President of the Republic of Türkiye, and Ankara celebrated the news with a 101-gun salute.
